Veterans Bridge Home, in partnership with Lowe’s and Truist are hosting Carolinas’ Veterans Day Festival on Saturday, November 11th, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. It will take place at American Legion Memorial Stadium, 1218 Armory Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina.
This is a free festival, open to the public.

The community festival, presented in partnership with Truist and Lowe’s, recognizes the service of our Veterans and their families and is designed to be an inclusive event bringing the entire community together to share in the day.
This free and open-to-the-public celebration will be an interactive day of shopping and fellowship, capped by a concert presented by Truist. The Main Act will take the stage at 7 p.m. and perform until 8 p.m. While admission is free, space is limited.
Schedule for the event:
- 2 to 5 p.m. Business Expo featuring Veteran-owned businesses, Veteran Employee Resource Groups, Retailers, and more.
- 2 to 5 p.m.: Free kids’ zone with inflatables for children to play on presented by Lowe’s.
- 5 to 6 p.m. Sky diving demonstration by the All-Veterans Group,
- 5 p.m.: Community Awards presentation recognizing the Veteran, Volunteer, Employer, Provider, and Employee Resource Group of the Year
- 6 to 8 p.m.: Veterans Day Concert presented by Truist featuring four-time Grammy nominee Elle King. Nashville’s Casey Noël will open.
The Veteran expo will offer attendees the opportunity to visit approximately 100 booths where they can buy items from Veteran-owned businesses and locally owned businesses. Attendees can also learn more about Veteran-serving organizations and corporate Veteran employee resource groups. Families are encouraged to come and play on the Kids Zone’s inflatables and get crafty with Lowe’s building activities.
Field access for the concert is limited, so please arrive early!
Although it’s free you do need to get tickets.
