Laura + Kate Homes (L+K Homes) is hosting a toy drive event on two Saturdays at OpenTap, 5010 Carmel Center Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina:
RSVP is not required but it’s highly recommended that you pre-register (at above links) to skip the line and save time when arriving. All attendees will need to register either before or once they arrive in order to receive their photos from the photographers.
Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Matthews HELP Center and get a FREE professional photo with Santa. Mrs. Claus will be there too!
With your toy or monetary donation you receive:
- Complimentary professional photos with Santa
- A free pint of holiday cheer
- A free cookie
- Free personalized Santa letter mailed to child following the event
- Free Santa hat to the first 75 children each event!
You’ll receive your photos in a few days, after the photographer edits them.
Annie Chesson of Root and Wander Photograph will be the photographer on December 6, and Natalie Stratman of Natalie Stratman Photography will be the photographer on December 13.
Through Dec. 31st if you purchase a peppermint bark smoothie at Green Brothers Juice Co. they will donate a $1 for every one purchased in support of our event AND they are also toy drop off locations.
The event will be supporting Matthews HELP Center by providing toys/money to the center for families in need and helping them get back on their feet by giving them the opportunity to shop (for free) for their children at Christmas. All proceeds go to support their cause in the Matthews community as well as surrounding 6 zip codes.
Alsies Ice Cream Truck will be at the events, along with a local food truck.
