Myers Park Presbyterian Church, at 2501 Oxford Place, Charlotte, North Carolina, is presenting Handel’s Messiah on December 9, 2024, at 7:30 p.m., in the sanctuary. Performing will be The Chancel Choir with Orchestra.

First United Methodist Church in Gastonia
First United Methodist Church, 190 E Franklin Blvd, Gastonia, North Carolina, is presenting Handel’s Messiah on Sunday, December 15, 2024, from 3 to 5 p.m. This is a free event. The music will be performed by a professional chamber orchestra, the chamber choir and professional soloists. Facebook event.
Charlotte Music Club’s 70th Annual Messiah
Charlotte Music Club is presenting Handel’s Messiah on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 3 p.m., at First United Methodist Church, 501 N Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina.
This is their 70th annual performance of Handel’s Messiah.
The performance features the Charlotte Community Chorus and Orchestra under the director of conductor Ginger Wyrick. The ensemble is joined with soloists Cynthia Farbman Harris, Kristen Wonderlich, Eric Laine, and John Blizzard.
It’s free to the community.
Charlotte Symphony
Charlotte Symphony is performing Handel’s Messiah at Knight Theater, 430 S Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC, on the following dates and times:
- Friday, December 13, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.
- Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 7:30 p.m.
- Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 3 p.m.
