Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the The Beatles’ Yellow Submarine by watching the restored 4K theatrical version with remixed 5.1 stereo sound.
VisArt Video is showing the movie on the outside wall of Tommy’s Pub, 3124 Eastway Drive, on Wednesday, October 7tth, 2020.
This is a free event! Donations accepted. Please remember that establishments like Tommy’s Pub have had to stay closed this whole time and are struggling to survive, and VisArt has had to be closed most of the time as well. So please be generous.
Bring your own chairs (and blankets to keep you warm.) There will be a designated area in the roped off section of the parking lot, with no vehicles allowed in the area during the film. There will be other available parking.
First come, first served!
It’s limited to 100 guests in the movie area. Wristbands will be given out to people entering the movie area, and once they’re all given out capacity has been reached.
There will be vendors outside that area all evening, and you can enjoy those whether or not you have a wristband.
Face masks and hand sanitizers will be available all evening. Face masks will be required to enter any business at Eastway Crossing for any reason.
They’ll open the area at 5:30 p.m. and you’re welcome to get your wristband and set up camp, and then go explore the businesses in Eastway Crossing, including VisArt. Even if you can’t attend the movie, please do come and support the businesses.
