Charlotte Center City Partners has announced America 250: Charlotte, a festival at Romare Bearden Park, 300 S Church Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 4:30 to approximately 9:30 p.m.
This FREE event features cultural performances, poetry readings, food trucks, a kids’ zone and more.
Charlotte’s Stars & Stripes Spectacular is taking place nearby at Truist Field. This ticketed event features a performance of American music by Charlotte Symphony Orchestra, followed by the WBT SkyShow Fireworks Show.
Attendees at the event at Romare Bearden Park can watch a simulcast of the Charlotte Symphony’s performance.
The evening is capped off with a drone show and the SkyShow fireworks show!
America 250: Charlotte is presented by Coca-Cola Consolidated and Bank of America in partnership with the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County Parks and Recreation.
