Old Town Rock Hill and Rock Hill Parks, Recreation & Tourism are hosting The Old Town Festival on Friday, September 15, 2023, from 5 to 10 p.m. It takes place at Fountain Park, 300 E Main Street, Rock Hill, SC.
This free event is an expansion of the Food Truck Friday on that date. It also seems to be a replacement for the Rock Hill Oktoberfest from past years.
