The Annual Montford Block Party will take place Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The party will be at 4619 Park Road, at the Park Road Top Lot which sits at the intersection of Park Road and Mockingbird Lane (next to the OrthoCarolina building and across from the Emerson at Montford Park apartments).
Parking is available across the street at 1515 and along Mockingbird Lane.
The Montford Block Party is a free event that will feature live music from Matone and Thirsty Horses, games for kids and adults, food trucks, and drinks for purchase from Wicked Weed, Liquid Death and Titos.
An after party will follow at the bars along Montford Drive.
