Mind & Motion Family Field Day is a free, family-friendly community event hosted by Charlotte Angels during National Foster Care Month.
It takes place Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Irwin Belk Complex at Johnson C. Smith University, 100 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte, North Carolina.
This special day is designed to promote both physical and mental wellness for children and families through movement, connection, and fun. Plus, a guided meditation hosted by the Young 9 Foundation.
