The U.S. National Whitewater Center, 5000 Whitewater Center Parkway, Charlotte, NC, is presenting Flow Fest on September 19 and 20, 2026, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The festival celebrates wellness and mindfulness in a natural, outdoor setting. There will be 150 yoga and meditation practices and workshops, as well as vendors and live music.

Most of the classes are free. There’s cost associated with a few of classes. Registration is required. Regular pass activities will be available as well. Parking is $13.
