Did you know that there are dinosaurs in Concord? Dakota and Friends is a live dinosaur show that is available for birthday parties, summer camps and more.
The show features songs, prizes, arts and crafts, all with the dinosaurs. If you’re lucky you might see a dinosaur hatch before your very eyes.
They go live every day, or almost every day, on their Facebook page. Follow them on Facebook to see the schedule. Usually it’s at noon each day.
But you’ll have a chance to see them, and interact with them, live for Halloween, at a safe drive-through event, and even “hunt” them with Nerf guns! Read on to learn about this event.
Dino Hunt — Zombified takes place:
- Friday, October 30th, 2020
- Saturday, October 31st, 2020
- Sunday, November 1st, 2020 (if it rains on Friday or Saturday)
The time is listed as 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., but we are trying to get clarification if these are the times each day.
It will be at the Rowan County Fairgrounds, 1550 Julian Rd, Salisbury.
Stay in your car and drive through the dinosaur exhibit and shoot your nerf gun at the dinosaurs and zombies!
The cost is $30 per carload at the gate, or $20 per carload in advance.
There will be Fast Lane entry for $40 per car load in advance.
In addition, there will be two VIP experiences that you can choose.
VIP Tour Package
$50 per person or $100 for a family of 4. You get the dino and zombie hunting experience, but also a ride in a trolley where you get to see a dancing dinosaur and a baby dinosaur hatch from its egg. Plus you’ll get some dinosaur swag.
