This Super Saturday, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Library and Children’s Theatre of Charlotte invite you to Let Wonder Lead the Way. In a special collaboration with Charlotte SHOUT!, they’re fusing the Broadway magic of Frozen with the whimsy of some favorite fairytale legends.
Follow the path of curiosity and discover:
- Frozen-themed Family Storytime in the Spangler Library at 10:30 a.m.
- Disney’s Frozen the Broadway Musical shows at 11 a.m. & 4 p.m. in the McColl Theatre. (This part is ticketed, though.)
- Topsy Turvy Cinderella: Free performances by Children’s Theatre of Charlotte Resident Touring Company at 11 a.m. & 3 p.m. in the Wells Fargo Playhouse, courtesy of Charlotte SHOUT!
- Puppet Karaoke: Woodland Animal Sing-Along in the Round at 12 p.m.
- Alice in Wonderland puppet show at 2 p.m. in the Spangler Library.
- Princess face-painting, glitter tattoos, and a princess meet-n-greet at various spaces in the building from 12 to 2 p.m., while supplies last.
- Top off your adventure with a chilly treat from the Kona Ice truck! 1 to 4 p.m.
