Cook Out Summer Shootout is back at Charlotte Motor Speedway this summer! This race series provides plenty of good family-friendly entertainment at family-friendly prices — $10 for adults and free for kids 12 and under. Purchase tickets at the gate or online. You’ll need to purchase tickets at Gate 4 to take advantage of the weekly promotions.
On Fireworks Nights, tickets are $15 for adults.
Charlotte Motor Speedway is at 5555 Concord Parkway S, Concord, NC.

The series takes place every Tuesday from June 9 to July 28, 2026, plus two Mondays (June 8 and 29.) The events take place from 5 to 9 p.m., with the Green Flag at 6 p.m.

Cook Out Summer Shootout 2026 Schedule
Each Shootout has a special theme, which can include discounts, free admission for some people, and special events, like fireworks. Also, bring in a canned good donation and get $2 off your Cook Out Summer Shootout ticket.
- Monday, June 8: Bring a Cook Out cup and get in for free
- Tuesday, June 9
- Tuesday, June 16: Dress up in western gear and get $5 off
- Tuesday, June 23: Wear your favorite NASCAR driver gear and get $5 off
- Monday, June 29: 100th person gets a gift
- Tuesday, June 30: 4th of July Fireworks. First responders and military get in for free. Regular adult tickets are $15.
- Tuesday, July 7: Bring a toy donation and get in for free
- Tuesday, July 14: Boy and Girl Scouts get in for free
- Tuesday, July 21: Rep your favorite sports team and get $5 off
- Tuesday, July 28: School bus racing and fireworks. Adult tickets are $15.
