The City of Monroe, NC, is presenting an Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 1, 2023, and fireworks on Tuesday, July 4, 2023.

City of Monroe Independence Day Celebration
The celebration takes place Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 2 to 6 p.m., at the Parks Williams Athletic Complex, 2011 Ashton Avenue, Monroe, NC.
The event space is in the field next to the ball fields. The celebration will include live music, food and beverage vendors, bounce houses, and attractions and activities.

The fireworks display will take place on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, when it gets dark. It will be viewable from anywhere in Downtown Monroe.
