The City of Kannapolis will hold its Memorial Day Ceremony in Veterans Park, 119 N. Main Street, Kannapolis, on Monday, May 26, 2025, at 12 p.m.
There will be a keynote speaker, 1st Sergeant Terry Rodell, Retired U.S. Marine Corps and NJROTC Instructor at A.L. Brown High School. The ceremony will also include special music performances.
The event is hosted by the Beaver-Pittman American Legion Post 115, the Poston-Perkins Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8989, the American Legion Auxiliary and the City.
Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.
