
The Steve Smith Foundation is hosting Community Love Health Fair on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at 616 Colonnade Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina.
This event features FREE food, fun and resources for the community.
It’s free to attend and includes:
- Depression and anxiety screenings
- On-demand behavioral health assessments and scheduling
- Care management enrollment
- Medicaid and Disability eligibility assistance
- A1C and blood pressure screening
- Dental screenings and assessments
- HIV/STI testing
- Covid/flu shots
- Wellness tools for families and individuals
Steve Smith Foundation is home to the Smith Family Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) in Charlotte, a 24/7 community resource that provides immediate mental health and substance use support to anyone in need. Located at 616 Colonnade Drive, the BHUC serves individuals and families from across Charlotte and the surrounding region, offering a compassionate alternative to emergency rooms and helping ensure that everyone in our community has access to timely behavioral health care when they need it most.
