Cook Out Summer Shootout is back at Charlotte Motor Speedway this summer! This race series provides plenty of good family-friendly entertainment at family-friendly prices — $10 for adults and free for kids 12 and under. Purchase tickets at the gate or online. You’ll need to purchase tickets at Gate 4 to take advantage of the weekly promotions.
On Fireworks Nights, tickets are $15 for adults.
Charlotte Motor Speedway is at 5555 Concord Parkway S, Concord, NC.

The series takes place every Tuesday from June 10 to July 29, 2025, plus two Mondays. The events take place from 5 to 9 p.m., with the Green Flag at 6 p.m.

Cook Out Summer Shootout 2025 Schedule
Each Shootout has a special theme, which can include discounts, free admission for some people, and special events, like fireworks. Also, bring in a canned good donation and get $2 off your Cook Out Summer Shootout ticket.
- Monday, June 9: Bring a Cook Out cup and get in for free
- Tuesday, June 10: School Bus Racing
- Tuesday, June 17: Dress up in western gear and get $5 off
- Tuesday, June 24: Wear your favorite NASCAR driver gear and get $5 off
- Monday, June 30: 100th person gets a gift
- Tuesday, July 1: 4th of July Fireworks. First responders and military get in for free. Regular adult tickets are $15.
- Tuesday, July 8: Bring a toy donation and get in for free
- Tuesday, July 15: Boy and Girl Scouts get in for free
- Tuesday, July 22: Rep your favorite sports team and get $5 off
- Tuesday, July 29: School bus racing and fireworks. Adult tickets are $15.
