
The World’s Largest Swimming Lesson is a global event, during which thousands of participants around the globe all take a FREE beginning swimming lesson during the same 24 hour period. Since it started in 2010, more than 448,000 children and adults in 56 countries on 6 continents have participated.

In the Charlotte area, several Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation pools are taking part. (Carowinds is too, but their program is filled up.)
