mint museum sunday fun day
Sunday, July 19th, 2015, from 1pm to 4pm, enjoy Sunday Fun Day at Mint Museum Uptown, 500 South Tryon Street. Admission is free for kids and museum members, and just $6 for everyone else.

View drawings and prints by talented American artists spanning 150 years of American history in America the Beautiful: Works on Paper from the Mint Museum .
– collaborate on a painting with artist John Hairston, Jr.
– make and color a relief print
– draw at the sketching station
– challenge yourself with family yoga
– talk with docent tour guides in the museum galleries
They will be handing out free passes and goodies for Shaun the Sheep Movie while supplies last.
Also, Sunday, July 19th, is Special Exhibition Discount Day. Additional fees for the special exhibitions are waived today.
