mint museum sunday fun day
Sunday, July 24th, 2016, from 1pm to 4pm, enjoy Sunday Fun Day at Mint Museum Uptown, 500 South Tryon Street. Admission is free for kids under age 18 and museum members, and just $6 for everyone else.

This hot summer, come cool off at Mint Uptown with some pooch-inspired projects!
Use watercolor pencils to paint a portrait of a pup, design your own paper dog, & search the paintings for man’s best friends

  • Meet a K9 member of the Police Department
  • Learn to draw cartoon dogs with artist Raed Al-Rawi
  • At family yoga, try out downward dog and more cool moves with Mags Maurice
  • Join museum docent tour guides for fun and fast tours of the museum
