
The Levine Center for the Arts’ Wednesday Night Live takes place every Wednesday evening.
The three museums that are part of Levine Center for the Arts — Mint Museum Uptown, The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, and the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African-American Arts + Culture — are free to visit every Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
In addition, there will free entertainment programming at one of the museums or at Knight Theater.

Inktober Jam: A Digital Illustration Meetup

Inspired by the spirit of Inktober, this evening is a creative gathering designed to bring together illustrators of all levels—whether you’re a seasoned artist, hobbyist, or just starting out in the world of digital art. This event is part skill-building workshop, part community showcase, and part creative challenge.
The session will open with a Procreate tips & tricks crash course—perfect for beginners and a refresher for experienced illustrators. From there, the forum becomes an open creative exchange where participants can:
- Share recent works and get feedback.
- Highlight personal niches within digital illustration (character design, comics, fashion, concept art, etc.).
- Learn from peers about techniques and workflows.
