Beloved actor Cary Elwes, known for his iconic roles, is embarking on a captivating series of engagements with the Cary Elwes tour 2025-2026. This isn’t a musical tour, but The Princess Bride: An Inconceivable Evening with Cary Elwes, a unique speaking tour where he shares behind-the-scenes insights from the classic film.

The evening includes a screening of the classic movie and a Q&A with Cary Elwes.

It takes place Sunday, August 2, 2026, at 4 p.m., at Ovens Auditorium, 2700 East Independence Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina. Purchase tickets here.

    If the Princess is otherwise (not alive) when I find her, I shall be very put out!
    I listened to Cary’s audiobook, it’s not to be missed if you’re a fan! Doubly if you’re into filmmaking/theatre, since it touches on so many amazing things behind the scenes (a lot of focus on how they learned swordplay for the epic duel). Everyone definitely needs to check it out!

    The entire cast was wonderful the humor, the Whitt Rob Reiner‘s direction Billy crystals improv. Been watching this movie for over 25 years. No matter how many times I watch it. I never get bored of it. It still makes me laugh.

    When my son was ten years old, we had a movie night with all the kids from the neighborhood. The girls chose the movie, Princess Bride, which made the boys quite upset because it was a girl movie. However, just ten minutes into the movie, the boys were captivated and delighted that they had stayed to watch it. Princess Bride has become a beloved movie on our movie list for many years.

    I’ve been preparing for something like this my entire life, looking for the man with 6 fingers on his right hand to watch the Princess Bride with!
