Envision Charlotte is presenting FREE recycling classes for kids at Innovation Barn. They take place on select Saturdays.
Parents need to register their child in advance, and stay with their child during the class.

Innovation Barn is Charlotte’s hub for a circular economy, and is at 832 Seigle Avenue, Charlotte, North Carolina.
Kids ages 6–14 will learn how to Recycle Right in Mecklenburg County. This engaging class includes exciting games, creative activities like making a badge from recycled materials, and a chance to explore interactive exhibits—all while learning the 7 Rs of sustainability.
By the end, your child will earn their official “Deputy of Diversion” certificate and feel empowered to help protect the planet!
