Queen City Nerve is hosting its 3rd annual inclusive Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, November 25th, 2021, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., at Billy Sunday, 1115 N. Brevard Street, Charlotte.
Many members of the LGBTQIA+ community are excluded from family functions during the holidays. Eat, Gay, Love: Giving Thanks with Friends offers a safe, inclusive space for a community meal for Thanksgiving.
The meal is FREE to enjoy. You need to register in advance for your free tickets.
Seating will be spaced out, and proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the event will be required. In addition, masks will be required in while standing in the indoor space.
If you’re not comfortable being inside for dinner, curbside pick-up will also be available.
Any food that’s not served will go to Block Love CLT, who will serve dinner to homeless neighbors.
This event operates on a donation basis. If you’d like to donate a turkey, a vegan turkey, mashed potatoes, green beans, stuffing, mac & cheese, rolls, gravy, or cranberry sauce, please fill out the form that you’ll find here.
You can also make a monetary donation, or volunteer time.
