Puppet Palooza at ImaginOn — all-day puppet festival rescheduled to Feb. 7

Charlotte Mecklenburg Library is presenting Puppet Palooza. This free, all-day, family-friendly celebration of puppets takes place on Saturday, February 7, 2026. This is a rescheduled date, due to the weather forecast on Jan. 31

It takes place at ImaginOn, 300 E 7th Street, Charlotte, North Carolina from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but there will be a Puppet Procession at 9:45 a.m., so show up early!

Shows will be running all day throughout ImaginOn, and there will be much more.

• Meet giant roving puppets
• Explore a balcony exhibit of past puppets from Children’s Theatre of Charlotte shows
• Puppet karaoke
• Make a simple puppet to take home
• Enjoy the puppet procession at 9:45 a.m.
