Bring the kids to Pineville Kids Book Fest on Monday, August 3, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Pineville United Methodist Church, 110 S Polk Street, Pineville, North Carolina.
Admission is free.
There will be a combination of free activities for kids, including free books for kids to take home, books for purchase, and book activities.
This will be a fun book-themed activities for kids while the Pineville Library remains closed for repairs.
Participants
- Books on the House — providing free books for kids to take home
- Mood Reader Books — bringing their big blue book truck for books available for purchase
- Restoried Books — bringing her blue VW bug full of used books for purchase
- Donna Chisum — children’s author; Grayface & Wigglebutt; Stevie Hates Shoes; The Lonely Rainbow; Moose and the Mosquitoes. Doing a reading and book signing
- Bless Up Rolls – cinnamon rolls
- Face Painting by Amanda McCall
- FREE Craft table, Coloring table
