Lowe’s Annual Pajama Walk will take place on Sunday, November 13th, 2022, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., at McAlpine Park, 8711 Monroe Road, Charlotte.
This event will raise funds and awareness for ZABS Place and Friendship Circle, two local non-profits that offer social opportunities, training and employment for individuals with special needs and talents.
The Pajama Walk event is free, but donations are welcome.
Dreamland Fest will include an Ability Fair, with creations by local crafters and artists with special talents. These unique items make great gifts and support inclusion and ability awareness, and also support the artists.
In addition, the Dreamland Carnival will feature Ninja Nation Course, a Pajama Party Selfie Station and Yalla Kosher Food Truck.
Pajamas are the clothing of dreams. When you wear them you don’t worry about how you look… you’re comfortable. Just like pajamas, we come in all shapes and sizes and the more unique the better. That’s what the Pajama Walk is all about! Let’s spread the message that EVERYONE should have a chance to be comfortable without being judged, needing to fit-in, or copy others. Those things should never stand in the way of dreams.ZABS Place & Friendship Circle
