Two long-standing non-profits, Loaves & Fishes and Friendship Trays, joined together to form Nourish Up. The organization provides groceries to neighbors in need in Mecklenburg County through the largest network of food pantries in North Carolina, grocery home delivery, and delivering healthy meals each weekday through the Meals on Wheels program.

Pop Up Food Shares
In addition to the above programs, Nourish Up is partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank for a series of Pop Up Food Shares to distribute surplus food items. Quantity and variety are subject to availability. Households can receive fresh produce and other food items. Locations vary from week to week, so check the calendar below.
For the Pop Up Food Shares, no ID, referral, or financial documents are needed, but to ensure they bring enough food, pre-registration is requested.
