The Town of Matthews’ Juneteenth celebration takes place Matthews Community Center, 100 McDowell Street, Matthews, North Carolina, on June 18, 2026, from 5 to 8:30 p.m.

The event features a documentary screening with panel discussion, light hors d’oeuvres, and a performance by Charlotte African Drum & Dance.
