No matter how you like to celebrate Mardi Gras, there’s a party for you in the Charlotte area in 2025. Here’s a list of events that are free or cheap to attend. When is Mardi Gras in 2026? Mardi Gras, also known as Fat Tuesday, is February 17, 2026. However, many of the celebrations will take place on different dates, so make sure to check the dates of each event (and follow the link for more information.)
