LEAF CoLearning Collective is a co-learning and co-creating, project-based micro-learning co-op space where ideas and projects take root.
Designed for pre-teens and teens, it’s a place inspired by the energy of co-working spaces. LEAF empowers learners to co-create, reflect, and thrive through natural meaningful connections, shared ideas, and collective problem-solving.
One of LEAF CoLearning Collective’s offerings is Monday Studio Flex, which takes place weekly at Dupp & Swat at Camp North End. 1824 Statesville Avenue, Charlotte, North Carolina. You’ll find Dupp & Swat across from Ford Green (the big lawn where the Lego-style blocks and picnic tables are.)
Dupp & Swat is a creative space that has supported Charlotte’s artists, makers, and creative community for more than 15 years. Monday Studio Flex gives each Creative their own partitioned studio space to bring a project, put on their headphones, settle into their own world, and create with materials, guidance, and mentorship available when they want it.
Not-Back-To-Art-School Opening Event
On Monday, September 14, 2026, LEAF CoLearning Collective is hosting a FREE event, LEAF CoLearn’s Not-Back-To-Art-School Opening at Dupp & Swat from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
This opening event is FREE.
Homeschoolers and co-ops are welcome. FREE Hip Hop Smoothies for the first 30.
LEAF CoLearning Collective is opening their new Monday home at Dupp & Swat in Camp North End, and Creatives ages 10+ are invited to create! Homeschoolers, co-ops + creatively curious families are all welcome.
Bring something you’re already working on, start something new, explore studio materials, meet other Creatives, and experience LEAF in a relaxed creative studio setting. BYOArt (Bring Your Own Art), or simply come ready to create.
Opening day is also a chance for families to meet us and learn about LEAF’s Fall offerings: Studio Flex Mondays and the Collective Cohort + Art + Academics Fridays. LEAF CoLearning Collective CoLearning Collective is an arts-based co-learning community where Creatives ages 10+ have time, space, materials, mentorship, and community to develop their own artworks, ideas, and meaningful projects. Come create, see the new studio, meet other Creatives + discover the LEAF experience that might work for your family this Fall.
