
Isha Foundation is offering Yoga For Health on Sunday, May 10, 2026, from 3 to 3:30 p.m., at SouthPark Regional Library, 7015 Carnegie Boulevard, Charlotte, North Carolina.
This is a free class. Please register here.
This session includes simple yet powerful tools to manifest health and vitality in one’s body and life.
Open to all ages 7 and above. Those 7-17 to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The practices offered include:
- Yoga Namaskar: A complete yogic process which activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine, regenerating and protecting the spine as one ages.
- Nadi Shuddhi: A yogic practice that cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
- Miracle of Mind Meditation: A 7-minute guided meditation empowering you to take charge of your mental wellbeing. Daily practice brings health, dynamism, peace and well being.

- Stretches and activates the spine to relieve back pain
- Reduces stress and anxiety
- Enhances mental clarity, focus, and emotional balance
