Anytime Fitness is offering FREE outdoor workouts the first four Saturdays in May, 2021, at the Green in the Promenade on Providence, 10844 Providence Road.
The workouts take place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on:
- May 1st, 2021
- May 8th, 2021
- May 15th, 2021
- May 22nd, 2021
The workouts will be appropriate for all ages and physical abilities. A certified personal trainer will lead the workouts and will be able to modify the workouts appropriately for the physical ability of each individual.
The workouts will include by cardiovascular movements and resistance training movements.
