Catawba Brewing, at 933 Louise Avenue, is part of a growing brewery scene in Plaza Midwood. Catawba Brewing has three other locations, in Asheville and Morganton. This is its first foray into the Piedmont.
The brewery hosts frequent free events. See all of them (including some that are not free, like crafts nights) on the Facebook page.
Here’s some of what’s coming up:
7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
This is not your typical trivia. Geeks Who Drink Pub Quizzes has teamed up with Catawba to put on a show, including a mix of audio and visual trivia questions. Play alone or bring a team of up to six people. Prizes awarded for first and second place.
