Meet at the Mint Hill Town Hall Fountain. Look for the Halloween arch, that’s where the parade will begin. Once Forest Trail names the winners of the best costume prize packs (best kid costume/best family costume), then the parade will begin down 51 to Forest Trail, where there will be free crafts set up and games for kids to win fun prizes! There will be fun treats and drinks for purchase and a photo booth set-up with fun photos courtesy of local photographer Regina Salazar.
