Find Your Flow: Holistic Healing Arts Fest is a free event on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Cabarrus Brewery, 329 McGill Avenue, Concord, NC.

The event features FREE classes and workshops all day for the whole family, as well as holistic based vendors, practitioners, food trucks and coffee.

Workshops:

10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Guided Meditation & Breathwork
11 a.m. to 12 p.m.: Sunday Yoga Class (All Levels)
Cold Plunges throughout the day
1 to 3 p.m.: Embodied Truth: Uncovering the Stories that Hold Us Back

The vendor village will be going on from 12 to 5 p.m.
