Sensory-friendly movie screenings are being held at Ayrsley Grand Cinemas, 9110 Kings Parade Boulevard, Charlotte, NC. They are free to attend, but you need to reserve a spot. (See below.)
These events is designed for neurodivergent children and their caretakers. All ages are welcome, not just young children.
What’s different about these events?
- Half of the house lights will be raised, and the volume will be lowered.
- You don’t need to feel guilty if your child wants to move around and make noise.
- The concession stand will be open, but you can also bring snacks from home.
- Tickets will not be on sale to the general public through the box office.
