Women’s History Month
Celebrate Women’s History Month with the Providence Chamber Music Series on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the sanctuary of Providence United Methodist Church. The concert opens with CSO flutist Erinn Frechette performing Hate To Return by Genie Alvarado, a young Charlottean composer now studying at the New England Conservatory. CSO clarinetist Allan Rosenfeld follows with Entr’acte & Song from Three Scenes for Clarinet by Shulamit Ran. Erinn returns to close the program with Leanna Keith’s Thoughts and Prayers: A Meditation on Recovery for Flute and Tape, a work about the experience of being present and losing a loved one in a mass shooting.
