Durag Festival (which is an 18+ event on June 21, 2025) is presenting a family event on the weekend leading up to the festival. The event is in partnership with Independent Picture House and Active Dad. It’s free to attend.
Durags with Dad takes place Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Independent Picture House, 4237 Raleigh Street, Charlotte, North Carolina.
Celebrate fatherhood in style (whether or not you’ll be wearing a durag) on the lawn of the theater. This event, geared toward dads and their children, features cartoons, games, music and more.
