CLT Food Not Bombs is an organization committed to mutual aid. That is, people helping each other, not charity. It believes that everyone has something to share.

Every other Sunday, CLT Food Not Bombs meets at 5 p.m., at First Ward Park, 300 E 7th Street, Charlotte, North Carolina, for a free food distribution.
Everyone is encouraged to bring something to share, whether its potluck dishes, clothes, Narcan, hygiene items, good stories, special talents and more.
