Journey to Italy without leaving Matthews at Ciao Italia Matthews. On Sunday, September 29, 2024, from 12 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., head to Stumptown Park, 120 S Trade Street, Matthews, North Carolina, for an immersive Italian afternoon and evening.
Admission:
- Ages 21 to 65: $5
- Ages 12 to 20: $3
- Under 12: Free
- Ages 65+: $3
- Veterans: Free
Enjoy Italian food, wine, gelato and pastries, as well as Italian music. There will be a pasta making demonstration on stage, as well as live clay sculpting on stage, choreographed to music.
Enjoy an Italian car show, a pianist playing “Italian ragtime,” comedy and much more.
The event will close with a performance by Opera Carolina and an orchestra.
