Charlotte says
How unfortunate! This event has been free for years, now the Knights are taking over and making it extremely expensive for families. No bueno!
Jody Mace says
It is unfortunate that it isn’t free this year, but it’s important to keep in mind that:
1. The organizers of Charlotte Christmas Village felt this was the best option for them (it wasn’t taken over by the Knights — it’s a collaboration)
2. The Knights season was canceled, so they are offering events that are appreciated by the community and are also an income stream for them.
3. The Knights are adding a new, special element to the event as well…more details on that soon!
