Charlotte Chalk Art Festival Oct 17-18

Charlotte Chalk Art Festival is a FREE, family-friendly 2-day festival on October 17 and 18, 2026, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

It takes place at NoDa Brewing Company, 150 W 32nd Street, Charlotte, NC.

Charlotte Chalk Art Festival features a street Chalk Art Competition for ages 12 to 17 and 18+. Each category, including Youth Teams, will compete for cash prizes. If you’d like to compete in the competition, you’ll find forms here. There is a small charge to compete ($10 for youth, $15 for adults.) The deadline for applying is October 2, 2026.

Watching local and regional artists create a street chalk art gallery over two days
