Independent Picture House, at 4237 Raleigh Street, Charlotte, NC, is hosting free Saturday morning cartoons once a month.
The 2nd Saturday of the month, come by at 10:30 a.m., for free cartoons for the whole family.
There will also be free milk and cookies!
