Cabarrus County Active Living and Park is presenting the 25th Cabarrus County Active Living & Wellness Expo (formerly the Senior Health & Wellness Expo) on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Cabarrus Arena & event Center, 4751 Hwy 49, Concord, North Carolina.
Both admission and parking are free.
This event is for ages 18+.
