Free Yoga Beginner Class in Rock Hill Nov. 8

Do you want to try yoga but you are not sure where to start?

Experience a free beginner yoga class, led by certified yoga teacher, Amethyst Yaa, on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 9 a.m. It takes place at White Street Station, 911 E White Street, Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Some mats are provided, but if you have one, please bring it.

All levels are welcome. Simply come as you are. You’ll uncover what yoga really is, how to practice safely and move your body with intention and purpose.

The class is free, but donations are accepted.
