South Boulevard Library, at 4429 South Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina, is hosting a Kids Halloween Costume Swap.
It’s easy to participate. Just bring your gently used kids costumes to the library desk by September 16, 2026. You’ll receive a ticket for each costume.
Then on September 19, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., to pick out costumes that are new to your child!
