Dear Soul Music Co. is presenting The Soft Return: Music Therapy for Postpartum Moms.

The Soft Return is a FREE bi-weekly program designed to support caregivers and their infants through restorative and intentional community. Read on for registration for the events.

The program provides a calm, informal, welcoming space where postpartum caregivers can engage with peers and experience the therapeutic benefits of music with the option of doing so alongside their babies.

Each 60-minute session is led by a lead facilitator and supported by musicians, providing live, interactive music, optional guided movement, infant-directed musical play, and reflective exercises for caregivers.
