Queen City Questival: Free gaming festival at University City Regional Library July 18

Queen City Questival is a FREE festival that connects the diverse Charlotte gaming community. It takes place Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at University City Regional Library, 5528 Waters Edge Village Drive, Charlotte, North Carolina.

This festival is recommended for ages 9+, but the individual events at the festival are for different ages.

This event is all about celebrating that gaming is for everyone. Enjoy a day of literacy activities, board games, tabletop role-playing games (TTRPG), Pokémon, video games, cosplay, workshops, and so much more!

Cosplay is welcome, but weapons of any kind, fake or not, will not be permitted in the event.

The event will open at 11 a.m. with different crafting and gaming opportunities, as well as many different workshops!
