Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina are hosting a Summer Reading Kick-Off Party on Saturday, June 6, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at Beyond Blue Neighborhood Center, 2336 Freedom Drive, Suite C, Charlotte, North Carolina.
This is a free event for kids. RSVP is encouraged, but not required.
This summer reading kick-off party includes:
- Engaging, interactive, read-aloud experience
- Dance activity led by nonprofit partner Barre Belle
- FREE book for every child to take home
- Face painting and sweet treats to enjoy together
