12th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair at C.W. Williams Community Health Center Aug. 8

The C.W. Williams Community Health Center, Inc. will host its 12th Annual Back to School Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its medical facility at 3333 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, NC.

Appointments are required for physicals and immunizations.

Admission is free to the public and offers:

Free bookbags & school supplies (while supplies last)
Back to school immunizations and physicals
Health screenings and dental screenings (see fee below)
Free food
Games
Fun activities

Physicals are $25 and sports physicals are $35. Dental cleanings and fluoride treatments are $65. Appointments are required for physicals, immunizations, and dental exams. Bring valid ID, immunization records, and insurance card (if you have insurance).
