THE Geek Fest 2014, CPCC’s 11th annual celebration of technology and innovation, takes place Thursday, November 13th, 2014. This FREE community event takes place at CPCC’s Levine Campus, 2800 Campus Ridge Road, Matthews. There will be free sessions all day. Just a few of the sessions are stop motion animation, wireless video, STEM presentation and Google Glass. See the schedule for the full list. The event begins at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.

THE Geek Fest (TGF) is an exciting and eclectic annual celebration of the “geek” in all of us. This event is designed to educate, energize, and inspire the minds of students and community members by highlighting the creative innovations in technology, media, and industry. It recognizes the imaginative efforts made by individuals and companies in their respective fields and provides a venue to explore the technologies that have become so integral to our everyday lives.
